SIGH. I think I’m going to quit coloring my pictures. It has a tendency to get TEN TIMES worse. -_-

Anyways, UPDATES:
This past week of school was CRAZY. First I was sick the ENTIRE week but I kept going to school. I apologize for those who got infected!! My dad doesn’t think being sick is an excuse to miss school, so…off to school I went. =/
I had so much homework, essays, and projects to do. And on Friday, I had FOUR tests. It was horrible trying to study for them all AND keeping up with Glee (which is a really cute new series, I recommend to all who like weird cliché high school comedies/dramas) . On top of that, Friday night’s football game got rained out. Our band was out there practicing three hours before the game, when it suddenly just POURED on us.
So for dunch: soggy pizza in the girls’ bathroom (which smelled pretty bad, just saying)
After that, we ran for our instruments and cases, and ran a mile to the junior high’s band hall, which they keep the a/c FREEZING in there. So, we practically got pneumonia in our soaking clothes. I felt like an evacuee. Just throwing that out there. But about 4 of us huddled in one of the small practice rooms in the back to try and capture the heat. Then two of us left (one of them being me) to get 3 more people. It was fun in that tiny room with the lights off. We had about 3 of us high school kids blocking the door, trying to keep screaming little junior kids out. Were we really that obnoxious at that age??? They were so annoying!! But it was so much fun. The children thought we were doing “nasty things.” Which, of course, we were not! We were innocently trying to stay warm, including my poor friend, who has asthma. It worked until we were forced back in the main room with everyone else. And we waited there for a few hours until the game was completely canceled due to the lightning.

This might sound like a rant, but really it’s not. I had fun even through the work. On top of that, Texas is going through a huge drought and this rain has saved our grass. Well, not completely, but it was down to 78 degrees yesterday, so it’s cooling down! Yay! [=

Maybe I should actually be writing this in the journal… Oh, well.

I finished The World Ends with You yesterday. It was so cute. I love that game! I’m going back to collect all the reports now.
